The Stolen is a New Zealand film set during the gold rush. We shot in and around Christchurch from May – July 2016, and the film is due for release in 2017.

I was props master and set dresser, working with highly talented and unwaveringly kind production designer Joe Bleakley [Lord of the Rings, King Kong], and superb art director Emma Painter [Here Lies].

The audacious film is the brainchild writer/actor Emily Corcoran [Confine, The Survivalist], and writer/director Niall Johnson [Keeping Mum].

Film sur une femme en quête de son enfant volé, pendant la ruée vers l’or des années 1860 en Nouvelle-Zélande. J’étais responsable de la recherche historique, le catalogage des accessoires, la gestion d’une équipe, et la réalisation des décors, en collaboration avec le chef décorateur. Le travail a impliqué la construction de deux villages de tentes et un village chinois ainsi que la décoration de multiples espaces intérieurs, notamment un hôtel, un bureau de poste et une maison coloniale.
